Look for Nikolai Khabibulin to be back in the nets for Oilers tonight. The netminder will be trying to improve on his pre-season debut, in which he allowed three goals on the first seven shots he faced.


Oilers Cut Seven More

The Edmonton Oilers cut seven more players from their  training camp roster on Friday. They assigned David LeNeveu, Cameron Abney, Mark Arcobello, Johan Motin and Hunter Tremblay all to Oklahoma City. The club also sent, Travis Ewanyk and Drew Czerwonka back to their respective junior clubs the Edmonton Oil Kings and Kootenay Ice. That leaves the Oilers with 47 bodies still in camp but after the back to back set with Flames, I expect the club to trim the roster down significantly.
